While the storm had raged, each of them had learned something about friendship, forgiveness and redemption. There are certain kinds of pain that can’t be treated in a hospital, so those who are suffering do what they can to heal themselves.
Some cure the ache of loneliness by making new friends.
Some soothe their excruciating guilt with an infusion of cash.
Some alleviate their burning desire with small acts of kindness.
But sadly, there will always be those who can’t begin to heal…

Yes, we often learn our most important lessons outside the classroom. The painful truth about the state of a relationship, the ugly cost of challenging authority, the sad fact that life’s colors aren’t always rosy, then are those who refuse to accept these important lessons. They simply wait to teach a lesson of their own.

A neighbor on the other side of the street or someone on the other side of the bed. The companion can be new just like a fresh relation, a great person you met over the internet, a buddy you laugh with. Still, despite our best intentions, some of us will lose our companions along the way or take some dramatic wrong turns. Cause then the journey becomes unbearable. You see, human beings are designed for many things, but loneliness isn’t one of them."
